We have gained extensive experience in working in all types of buildings, and are particularly skilled in operating within occupied live buildings.
Maylarch's Asbestos Removal Division specialise in the safe removal and encapsulation of asbestos-based materials.
We have held a full HSE asbestos removal license since 1997 and in addition to this, we are also members of ARCA, Constructionline, CHAS and Safe Contractor, demonstrating our commitment to Health & Safety at all times.
ARCA members are recognised for their professionalism, the quality of work they carry out, and they continue to be seen as the specialists in this difficult and hazardous industry. Clients know when they choose ARCA members for their projects, they are selecting from the very best in the industry.
We currently provide services to a range of clients including
NHS Trusts, Local Government, Mod, Schools, Housing Associations, Construction & Demolition Contractors, and Commercial Businesses.
Maylarch adhere mot only to HSE regulations but also to best practice in our methods of identifying and removing / encapsulating asbestos materials. Prior to commencement of works we supply a detailed method statement and risk assessment document for the project.
The Stringent ARCA Site Audit Accreditation Scheme (SAAS) has recognised us for our excellence in site standards, safe working methods and management systems.
