We provide all of our staff with documented training plans and appraisals which allows both parties to understand and address any training requirements that our people have in order to carry out their roles within the company with the highest degree of skill and capabilities and to ensure that they feel valued as individuals and have confidence in their abilities. This we feel transfers to the level of service we provide to our clients.
Maylarch offer industry specific training through ARCA, LSC and the NDTG; to meet stringent accredited standards expected within the construction industry. Currently, 100% of our site staff are CSCS carded in addition to this, many of our staff have gained a wide range of qualifications including NVQ's, NEBOSH, ILM, C&G's
