We started life as a property development company before specialising as a Demolition contractor. The Asbestos Removal team was formed in 1997 and fully licensed by the HSE (Health and Safety Executive) in 1999.

We are an approved contractor to Local Authority, NHS, Universities, Major Contractors, Housing Associations and a number of private clients.

All staff are fully trained to CSCS, CCDO, CPCS and asbestos.

Accredited to all major Health & Safety and PQQ schemes.

We offer a comprehensive range of services to site, from enabling works through to full contract works, operating as principal or sub contractor.

Our clients include; Main Contractors, Housing Associations, Architects, Local Authorities, Blue Chip companies, Management companies, Insurance, Government Departments, Property Consultants or individual property owners.

Maylarch have experience working within a wide range of premises and buildings such as: colleges, schools, libraries, museums, theatres, universities, fire stations, police stations, post offices, prisons, apartment blocks, houses, nursing homes, barns, banks, bars, hotels, office buildings, restaurants, supermarkets, barracks, castles, garages, churches, airports, bus stations and Network Rail property.

Having operated within listed and occupied live buildings we have been able to build safety enclosures even in the most difficult and inaccessible locations.

Kevin manages all aspects of Maylarch’s day-to-day operations and oversees the demolition, asbestos removal, land remediation and rail teams. He works across all areas of the company from project management to supporting contracts managers and the admin team.

Kevin joined the Maylarch team in 2003 as a Demolition Contracts Manager and held a number of senior roles before being promoted to Operations Director in 2021.

His extensive experience in the industry and thorough understanding of all aspects of the business help him ensure Maylarch maintains exceptional standards of delivery and customer service on every single project.

Javier is an experienced and accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in estimating and managing demolition contracts of all kinds.

He originally joined the team in 2014 as a Trainee Demolition Contracts Manager and was promoted to Demolition Divisional Manager in 2022. During his time at Maylarch he has built up a strong team, both on site and in the office, which enables us to complete complex demolition work.

As well as managing the demolition department, Javier also carries out most of the demolition estimating for the company and leads bids on the larger multi-disciplinary tenders.

As Asbestos Removal Divisional Manager, James oversees the safe removal and remediation of asbestos-based materials on all projects.

James began his career with Maylarch in 2009 as an Asbestos Removal Contracts Manager and was quickly promoted to his current role in 2016. He has over 15 years of experience covering a complete range of projects having worked with public sector client framework agreements throughout the country.

James’ years of experience and in depth understanding of the intricacies of working with hazardous materials mean he is skilled at navigating all challenges and operating within live environments.

Heidi began her career with Maylarch in 2016 and oversees all aspects of our quality, safety, health and environmental management systems.

She ensures we meet all of our QSHE commitments and uphold our values across the business, which helps us to maintain the highest standards of project delivery and customer service.

Heidi is also responsible for implementing all auditing (internal and external), guidelines, regulations, standards, and legal requirements on every job, and in the office.
